When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), download technical specifications, or initiate procurement consultations, we collect:

  • Contact Information: Name, professional corporate email, corporate phone number, company name, and country/region.
  • Technical Specifications: Project grid voltages, transformer capacity, BESS sizing, delivery timelines, and destination ports.
  • Technical Telemetry: Anonymized browser headers, IP addresses, and interaction timestamps for security auditing and Core Web Vitals optimization.

2. Lawful Basis & Usage of Data

We process your data strictly under international commercial trade standards:

  • Executing formal factory acceptance tests (FAT), shipping logistics, and customs documentation.
  • Transmitting customized engineering proposals, BOM cost breakdowns, and technical datasheets.
  • Complying with cross-border trade regulations, IEC/IEEE electrical standards, and export controls.

3. Data Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Kingshark Energy does not sell, rent, or lease engineering drawings, customer contacts, or procurement RFQ details to third parties. Information is shared only with verified testing laboratories (e.g., TÜV Rheinland, SGS) and licensed freight forwarders strictly necessary to fulfill export orders.

4. International Transfers & GDPR/CCPA Compliance

As an export sourcing partner operating between China and global destinations, data is processed across secure servers adhering to ISO 27001 data integrity standards. Clients in the European Economic Area (EEA) and California retain rights to inspect, rectify, or request deletion of their contact records at any time.
