Terms of Service & Export Agreement
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: November 2, 2026
Welcome to Kingshark Energy. By accessing our catalog, submitting technical RFQs, or entering into equipment supply agreements, you agree to these Terms of Service governing all B2B procurement and engineering interactions.
1. Engineering Sourcing & Scope of Supply
Kingshark Energy (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. serves as an authorized export sourcing, engineering coordination, and quality assurance partner for clean energy apparatus, including Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Power Transformers, Switchgear, and EV Fast Chargers. All equipment parameters are verified against client-approved Bill of Materials (BOM) and single-line diagrams (SLD).
2. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Protocol
All exported units undergo rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) witnessing:
- 100% routine dielectric withstand, ratio, and winding resistance testing for transformers under IEC 60076 / IEEE C57 standards.
- Cell-level cycle endurance, BMS communication, and fire suppression discharge verification for BESS under UL 9540A.
- Comprehensive FAT test reports and high-resolution video recordings are archived and supplied prior to shipment release.
3. Quotations, Pricing & Incoterms
Formal quotations are valid for 30 calendar days unless specified otherwise due to raw material index fluctuations (e.g., copper, lithium carbonate). Standard export terms conform to Incoterms 2020 (FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, CFR, or DDP) as stipulated in the Proforma Invoice.
4. Warranty & Field Performance Guarantee
Equipment carries manufacturer warranties backed by Kingshark Energy's engineering escalation support:
• Solar PV Modules: 12-year product warranty, 25/30-year linear power warranty.
• BESS Containerized Systems: 5-to-10-year battery cycle warranty (6,000+ cycles at 80% DoD).
• Transformers & Switchgear: 24-to-36-month comprehensive field performance warranty.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
All commercial contracts and inquiries are governed by international commercial trade law and standard arbitral rules under CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission) or HKIAC (Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre).
